Without entering the actual railway platform you can take the adjacent corridor next to the ticket booking counter at the New Delhi Railway Station. Keep walking forward through this narrow corridor and you will find the Executive Lounge reception to your left.

To locate the Executive Lounge from Inside the New Delhi Railway Station:

This access is useful for passengers arriving by train at the New Delhi Railway Station.

As you get off the train look for the foot bridge that connects all the platforms inside the station.
