Here is how you can fix the welcome screen stuck errors on a frozen Pi.

These are the step by step instructions to fix this issue yourself:

1. First, Force exit pi using the ALT+CTRL+DEL option or by Right Click ing The Task bar and selecting the ‘Start Task Manager’ option from there.
2. Now navigate to the Zerodha Pi Installation Folder. which is normally >> C:\Zerodha\Pi
3. Locate the file name pi.exe.config ( make sure you select the right file as seen in the attached image)
4. Now delete this file and restart Pi.

Following the above solution resolved the issue on my Pi Trading Terminal.

Please do the above fix at your own risk, in normal circumstance the above procedure is safe.
